RTVE's future is not resolved by negotiation or has been resolved with new laws. RTVE must change moods, shapes, motivation and ideas. Should enhance trust, credibility, transparency and self-esteem. However, trade unions and other corporate RTVE minority are making the discontent of the workers a target. Without any kind of responsibility are trying to fill election coffers, the company's internal to the merger of companies places them in the hair trigger and external company subordinated to certain political forces that aspire to rule the country and therefore lead RTVE. Even more, with the worst desfachateces dare to become the champions of workers without a legitimate endorsement of the polls, even to demand the resignation of the Directors appointed by the Parliament a proposal from the unions of classes. Negotiation maintained by the UGT and CCOO with the direction of RTVE no means the end of the problems of our company, is the beginning of the solutions, the possibility of promoting the change we all want and pave our future.
